Business Details
These terms apply to all products and services offered by Human UP Ltd., registered in the United Kingdom. By purchasing or enrolling, you agree to these terms.

Services
We provide coaching services, group programs, memberships, and online courses. All services are for personal and professional development purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

Payments & Installments
All fees must be paid in full or according to the chosen installment plan. If you select an installment plan, you agree to complete all payments in full. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to services until payments are brought up to date.

Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, except where required by law (for example, the 14-day cooling-off period for EU/UK consumers when buying digital products that have not yet been accessed). By starting or accessing the program/course, you waive your right to cancel.

Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own results. Coaching and courses provide tools, strategies, and support, but your progress depends on your own commitment and actions.

Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and comply with GDPR. By enrolling, you consent to us storing and using your information to deliver the services you have purchased. We do not share your data with third parties, except as required to process payments or deliver services. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
